NAAN

Ingredients
Bread flour 500gm
Salt 5 gm
Shortening 30gm
Yeast 8gm
Water 285gm

Method
1) All in method
2) Divide dough to 100 gm
3) Roll dough thinly to diagonal shape
4) Heat oven to 250 C
5) Bake for 30 sec or until
cooked
