Caraway Sour Rye

Caraway Sour Rye
Ingredients
  1. Bread flour 500 gm
  2. Sourdough 50 gm
  3. Water 250 gm
  4. Salt 5 gm
  5. Yeast 5 gm
  6. Bread improver 5 gm
  7. Caraway seeds 5 gm

Mix dry ingredients with sourdough and water and mix till fully developed. Lastly add in the caraway seeds. Rest for 20 mins. Round and cut dough to 500 gm and final proof for 45 to 1 hour. Score the bread and steam bake at 220 C for 25 to 30 mins.


Delicious Foccacia

Ingredients

  1. Bread flour 500 gm
  2. Water 400 gm
  3. Salt 11 gm
  4. Dry yeast 5 gm
  5. Bread improver 5 gm
  6. Olive oil 5 gm

Mix dry ingredients with water and mix till the dough is fully developed. Shape dough to 500 gm and rub with olive oil. Final proof for 45 to 1 hr. Steam bake at 200 C for 25 to 30 mins.

Kitty in the Pot


Piping Techniques Needed

Make 1 recipe of Butter Cookies
Icing Recipe : Royal Icing - 1 recipe
Hello Kitty Cookie Cutter
Decorations: M&M sweets, beads and ribbon,

Make 1 recipe of butter cookies. Rest dough in the fridge for an hour. Use hello kitty cookie cutter to cut out the shape. Bake and cool before putting into container. You can make cookies a day earlier

Pipe royal icing onto the cookies in flow consistency and decorate with flowers, beads, etc. When cookies are completely dry, put each cookie into clear plastic and tie with a ribbon.

Ideal for children parties.

Pretty Pink Flowers


No Techniques

Pan : 8X 3 inch square

Cake : Prepared cake to at least 3 " high
Fondant : 800 gm Ready-To-Use Wilton rolled fondant

Rub some shortening on your work surface to keep the fondant from sticking. Roll out the fondant to an evenly thickness and cover the cake's surface.

Roll out a strip of green ribbon to cover the side base of the cake. Lightly moisten the side base with water and begin to stick the ribbon carefully.

Prepare small flowers and leaves and decorate the cake.
