2 egg whites at room temperature
2 egg yolks at room temperature
70 gm sugar
50 gm bread flour
1 tbsp honey diluted with 1 tbsp hot water


1)  Prepare loaf pan and preheat oven to 165 C
2)  Beat egg white till foamy and gradually add sugar until firm peaks
3)  Add yolk at low speed, followed by sifted bread flour
4)  Pour in honey and beat until well mixed
5)  Pour batter through a sieve into cake pan with the help of a spatula
6)  Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is browned
7)  Cool cake.  Turn it upside down, wrap it up and leave overnight in the chiller
8)  Cut off edges and serve with a cup of coffee. It's a Wow!
