Flowers in Brownie Basket
Techniques Needed
Pan: 7X3 inch square
Tips : 47, 21, 104, 101, 2, 1
Colours : purple, red, yellow, green, brown, white
Ingredients List
Cake : Prepared cake to at least 3" high
Icing recipe: Buttercream - 1 recipe and Royal icing - 1 recipe
Cream cake in brown buttercream in thin consistency. Crumb coat the side and smoothen the top. Cool cake in the fridge for 30 to 45 mins for easy piping.
Prepare flowers one day in advance and leave to dry completely.
Use tip 47 to do the basketweave at the side. For borders use tip 21 to do the rope style. Decorate with the ready made flowers and pipe in the leaves.
