Piping Techniques Needed
Make 1 recipe of Butter Cookies
Icing Recipe : Royal Icing - 1 recipe
Hello Kitty Cookie Cutter
Decorations: M&M sweets, beads and ribbon,
Make 1 recipe of butter cookies. Rest dough in the fridge for an hour. Use hello kitty cookie cutter to cut out the shape. Bake and cool before putting into container. You can make cookies a day earlier
Pipe royal icing onto the cookies in flow consistency and decorate with flowers, beads, etc. When cookies are completely dry, put each cookie into clear plastic and tie with a ribbon.
Ideal for children parties.

Pretty Pink Flowers
No Techniques
Pan : 8X 3 inch square
Cake : Prepared cake to at least 3 " high
Fondant : 800 gm Ready-To-Use Wilton rolled fondant
Rub some shortening on your work surface to keep the fondant from sticking. Roll out the fondant to an evenly thickness and cover the cake's surface.
Roll out a strip of green ribbon to cover the side base of the cake. Lightly moisten the side base with water and begin to stick the ribbon carefully.
Prepare small flowers and leaves and decorate the cake.

Flowers in Brownie Basket
Techniques Needed
Pan: 7X3 inch square
Tips : 47, 21, 104, 101, 2, 1
Colours : purple, red, yellow, green, brown, white
Ingredients List
Cake : Prepared cake to at least 3" high
Icing recipe: Buttercream - 1 recipe and Royal icing - 1 recipe
Cream cake in brown buttercream in thin consistency. Crumb coat the side and smoothen the top. Cool cake in the fridge for 30 to 45 mins for easy piping.
Prepare flowers one day in advance and leave to dry completely.
Use tip 47 to do the basketweave at the side. For borders use tip 21 to do the rope style. Decorate with the ready made flowers and pipe in the leaves.

BOUQUET OF COOKIES
No techniques needed.
Prepared cookies of different shapes. You can bake one day in advance and keep in air
tight container.
Ingredients
Royal Icing - 1 recipe
Colourful sugar
M&M sweets, silver beads, stars and other cake decorations.
Colours needed : pink, brown, green, yellow, white, orange and etc.
Pipe royal icing in flow consistency onto the cookies and decorate
with sugar, sweets and etc. For borders, dots and lines use soft peak
consistency.
Ideal for children birthdays, valentine gift, gifts for festive occasions and also as wedding gifts.

Garden Flower Basket
Techniques Needed
Pan: oval shaped pan
Tips: 47, 352, 103, 1, 101, 1o4
Ingredients List
Cake: Prepared an oval shaped cake to at least 3 inches high
Icing Recipe : Buttercream - 1 recipe and Royal Icing - 1 recipeCream cake with white buttercream in thin consistency. Crumb coat the side and smoothen the top layer. Rest the cake in the fridge for 30 mins.
Use tip 103, 104, 1, 101 to make flowers. Make at least one day in advance using royal icing.
Weave the side of the cake in basketweave motion using tip 47. Decorate with the ready made flowers and pipe leaves with tip 352 in between the flowers.

Techniques needed for piping roses
Pan : 8 X 3 inch round
Tips : 16, 21,104, 352
Colours : pink, yellow and green for roses
Ingredients List
Cake: Prepared cake to at least 3 inches high
Icing recipe : Buttercream icing - 1 recipe
Cream cake with white buttercream icing and leave in the fridge
to set for about 30 mins.
Use tip 104 for piping roses, make a day earlier and leave to dry.
Decorate with the ready made roses and use tip 352 to pipe some leaves in between the roses. To pipe shell borders use tip 21. To further enhance use tip 16 to pipe stars randomly at the side. And the cake is done
